Superior Shipping Solutions Inc. was launched in February 2008 with a mission to improve profitability for transportation service providers with networks throughout North America.

Randall Posliff brings over 20 years of senior management experience, serving as Executive Vice President of Operations for APPS Transport Group and Vice President of Operations for National Fast Freight together with extensive and varied intermodal positions at CN Rail.

Working as a strategic facilitator, Mr. Posliff has developed the Carrier Profitability Program (CPP™ ). This unique methodology assesses and implements optimum cost control measures by creating Operational efficiencies and productivity gains in all key areas of Operations including fleet, rail, terminal (dispatch, dock, yard) and claims. This program applies to a variety of service providers, including freight forwarders, trucking companies, intermodal, distribution, logistics and 3PL’s, and is conducive to an LTL or TL commodity base. This program is proven to result in significantly improved Operating Ratios.
